Mastery of facilitation is a life-long journey. Every facilitated session is different, even if using the same procedures because the people and their situation is different. Each session contains nuggets of learning for a facilitator. The brief video presentation below is a broad, well-done context for the facilitator’s various roles, each of which requires mastery.
