This collection addresses the fundamental question, “How do you institutionally sustain over time a Spirit Movement?” In the Institutes’ history several experimental institutional forms served to sustain and support the global movement of individuals who sought to be “Those who care.” Some of these experiments are ongoing and some have ended but all were and are considered experiments in giving institutional form to what was essentially an inspirational movement.
