Beginning in the early 1970s the ICA began doing a variety of forums around the world.

The Awakenment Forum Collection highlights the development of various forums, sharing stories of their effectiveness and learnings.

- Community forums were held in various nations.
- The Global Women’s Forum was offered in most of the original 24 Human Development Projects globally as well as other places.
- Youth Forums were held in various places.
- Leadership Effectiveness and New Strategies (LENS) was offered to businessmen.
