Google NotebookLM describes the LENS program  –  Living Effectively in the New Society

BACKGROUND

The LENS program was first known as NINS (The New Individual in the New Society) and then LENS (known both as Living Effectively in the New Society and Leadership Effectiveness and New Strategies). Between 1971 and 1973, the “LENS” Seminar was designed and tested to share ICA’s social research globally. The development of the LENS Seminar was a clear example of taking the methods, vision, models and human impact of social research and sharing these widely with groups and individuals globally.
