BACKGROUND

The LENS program was created for … It was first known as NINS (The New Individual in the New Society) and then LENS (known both as Living Effectively in the New Society and Leadership Effectiveness and New Strategies). Between 1971 and 1973, the “LENS” Seminar was designed and tested to share ICA’s social research globally.
