Phasing In "HOLY SPIRIT" Solutions

ONE:   Commercial concentrated solar power plants were first developed in the 1980s.  Let us say that in the vicinity of that date, humanity on planet Earth began phasing out fossil fuels and phasing in solar energy and the conservation of energy use.  We have only begun the research needed on how to do this.

TWO:   With the end of World War II in 1945, let us say that humanity on planet Earth began phasing out authoritarian government and phasing in a democracy of democratic nations.  Vladimir Putin dramatizes the anti-holy on this topic—self-promotion, excuse-making, and lying are the life style of the autocrats and want-to-be autocrats across the planet.

THREE:    With the ascent to governing power of Franklin and Eleanor Roosevelt in 1932, let us say that we began phasing out government in accord with the regime of capital and phasing in government in accord with the regime of democracy.  The regime of capital has not yet given up its reign.
