Page setup configuration requirements:
Parent page
Each page must have a parent page listed in the page attributes selection box (right hand side of the page editing screen)
Subtitle
Each page must have a subtitle. This is specified in the Subtitle field of the qode options at the top of the page. This is needed to further inform the reader about the content of the page and it also properly formats the placement of the breadcrumbs underneath the title area.

Spacing requirements:
All paragraphs must be separated by 3 CRLF (return key entry) to provide proper spacing on the viewed webpage. This includes the last paragraph on a page.
