The Gifts and Challenges of Living Phase V (80-100 years)

You are invited to share life experiences, concerns, insights and “beyond words” artistic exercises about life after 80 (or anticipating 80).

At almost 84 Judy Lindblad and Ellen Howie have found a few ways to face and navigate this new phase and look forward to hearing and sharing your insights, ideas and stories. They have collaborated for years, giving retreats, art shows, authoring poetry books, raising funds in support of ICA and serving on the USA Board.  Along with their husbands Norm and Dick, they chaperoned the 7th and 8th grade trip to Washington, DC in 1984 during the Global Order Council (and a heatwave). Each has experienced caring for a family member needing assistance while creating self-care to enable that care.  They hosted High Tea in May and June and are returning for another engaging and informative session on September 22.
