Event Details

It is so easy to forget or let go of what is so important to us.

If you are feeling a sense of disappointment or restlessness about your life, it may be time to dream. This class will offer a support structure to create, develop and nurture your precious wishes.

We cannot underestimate the importance of both night and day dreaming. Enlightened companies have given their people open time to consider what’s possible. At the same time, neuroscience is confirming how crucial dreaming is to our well-being.

The D.R.E.A.M. class will include discussion, laughter and elements of ceremony in the following areas:

D – Deciding & Distilling .In this class we will look at old dreams and decide if they need to be re-imagined or simply released. As we know, it is often true that until one lets go of the old, there is no room for the new!

R – Reaching & Resonating. This week we will look at creating a vision that resonates and opens up our imagination….and will be in the realm of reaching beyond what one thinks is possible.

E – Emoting & Evoking. This third class will focus on bringing emotional life to your dreams and how our own level of enthusiasm starts to attract this dream in existence.

A – Attention Holding & Acting. One must act on one’s dream, otherwise it remains just a dream. This week we will look at how to align your life around your dreams….rather than simply giving your dreams a moment or two in our busy lives.

M – Motivating and Momentum. This final class will look at structures to keep us motivated in the midst of the dance of life and learn the art and science of what momentum feels like day to day.

Don’t downgrade your dream to fit your reality. Upgrade your conviction to match your destiny. — Stuart Scott

Are you ready to pull out that dream and make it into a reality? Together, we will:
  • Examine areas of your life that aren’t what you want.
  • Create ways to nurture and discover dreams.
  • Learn ways to keep your dreams alive.
